Client Service Coordinator

Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook.

Microsoft SharePoint a definite asset.

Previous experience with Microsoft CRM or Client Relations Management tools in general.

Creative/innovative thinking.
To perform the following duties:
-
Reception
-
Scheduling
-
Answering sales-related phone and email inquiries
-
Draft newsletters and other documents
-
Classroom set-up (printing, uploading files)
-
Office maintenance
-
Customer service
Start date: June 14 (negotiable).
Hours: 30 hours per week for June - August, moving to fulltime after 90 days (September) or if workload dictates.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour to start, reviewed after 90 days.
