 Changes at Sector Dear Gerry,
It is with pride and enthusiasm that I congratulate my partner and colleague Jason Scriven on his new position with the Times Colonist. Although we will greatly miss Jason here at Sector, I am also excited about the opportunities that have evolved from this "challenge".
So, we have two new hires to announce! I wish to extend a warm welcome to Veronica Rutherford, who joins us as Client Services Coordinator. I also wish to congratulate Kelly Marshall, who has accepted a permanent fulltime position as our Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to promote Veronica and Kelly; they are both creative, caring and hard-working, and both reflect Sector's vision and values in all their daily interactions.
I look forward to continuing to strengthen our relationship with you and providing the service you have come to expect from Jason and Sector.

| Veronica Rutherford
Veronica was hired as a temporary Client Services Coordinator for two months while Kelly was abroad. We were so impressed with her work ethic that we hired her as a part time WTI Program Coordinator while she completed her double major in Psychology and Environmental Studies at UVic.
With the recent shift in roles, Veronica will now be taking over Kelly's duties as Client Services Coordinator. Please feel free to contact Veronica to welcome her to the team. Kelly Marshall
Kelly joined Sector as a UVic co-op placement in September 2009. After graduating from UVic with a BFA in Visual Arts and returning from a two month trip to Africa, she was hired on as our Client Services Coordinator.
