Sector Learning Solutions Inc.

Building human capability to produce positive change in organizations and the world.

This May - Elect to Learn the New Tools

Dear Gerry,

So far this year, more than 12,000 BC Gov't employees have been "refreshed" - with a new PC, new Windows Vista and MS Office 2007.

It's not just shinier, faster versions of the MS Office applications you have used for years - there are new collaboration tools that should make it easier to "do more with less."

If you want a quick run down of "What's New in U2"  register for a FREE eClass on May 25th or learn how to use the new tools with a full day course on May 12th.

Make sure your skills are just as fresh as that new equipment sitting on your desk.

Instructor's Tip

MS Word Commands

If you have recently upgraded from MS Word 2003 to MS Word 2007, you will notice that some of your familiar commands are missing.

Don't worry, they are not missing, just in a different place.

To help find them, Microsoft has created an easy to understand cheat sheet.

Click here to view and download the cheatsheet in MS Excel format.

Customer Service Fundamentals

with Ginger Brunner

As customer service expectations continue to evolve and become more demanding, workforces shrink and workloads expand, many branches struggle to meet the basic needs of their customers.

On May 28th, join me in a FREE live webinar, where participants will reflect upon the role of customer service within the public sector and gain practical tips that they can use to deliver outstanding customer service.
