Work, Play, Produce?
I was talking with a very successful young man yesterday who says he takes four months off every year.
He uses that time to rest, think, study, and reward himself for the hard work he has accomplished. He told me that you can give someone eight hours to complete a task, or give the same person the same task to do in 12 hours... in either case they would take the whole of the allotted time. He applies this principle to himself and to his work. Innnnterrrrestinnnng...

A Greener Sector:
Eco Friendly Notebooks
Our branded notebooks are made from recycled materials.
As you know, most of our classes have switched to paperless electronic manuals distributed on USB drives. We encourage learners to type their notes during class and email them to themselves or save them to their USB drives at the end of class.
However, most people still like to take notes the good old fashioned way - by hand with pen and paper. Therefore we will continue to provide pens and notebooks, but not just any pen and notebook. We chose notebooks and pens made from the largest amount of recycled materials we could find.
This green initiative was brought to you by Veronica Rutherford.

Instructor's Tip
Outlook 2007/2010
How to Set a Rule to Move Incoming Emails
You can quicky setup an organizational system for your inbox that filters emails and moves it to the appropriate folder.
Here's how:
1. Create a folder by right-clicking on your inbox, select "New Folder" and give it a name
2. Find an email of the type you would like moved to this new folder. (Types can be based on who sent it, subject lines, or many other factors)
3. Right-click on that email and in "Rules" select "Create Rule"
4. Choose the condition to cause the move and the action you wish to happen (ex. "Move the item to folder:...")
5. Click "OK"
6. If you want to run the rule on items already in your inbox, tick the box next to "Run this rule now on messages already in the current folder" in the "Success" window
From now on, all emails sent to you that meet the condition will be automatically moved.
