Excel - Printing Several Worksheets at OnceWhen working with multiple worksheets (tabs at the bottom of the page) within a workbook (master .xls document), users often want to print all the sheets at once.
Using the traditional method, users can select a single sheet, then print, select the next sheet, print, etc until all the sheets are printed. If you have a workbook with ten or more sheets, printing could become a time consuming process.
Instead, click the first sheet, then press and hold the "shift" key while clicking the last sheet. This selects all the worksheets, so when you click print, all worksheets are printed in one action.
If you only want to print certain sheets only, click the first sheet, the press and hold the "ctrl" key, while clicking the other sheets you'd like to print. Again, when you click print, all the sheets you have selected will print in one print job.
